Frequently Asked Questions – American Travel Photography FAQ About Bob Pardue’s Art
Have questions about buying art, how the print process works, or what makes my work unique? Here are answers to some of the most common questions I receive. Please comment if you have American travel photography FAQ not listed here.
1. What type of art do you sell?
I specialize in fine art travel photography of American places — including iconic cities, vintage roadside stops, quiet beach towns, and nostalgic landscapes. My work is available as wall art prints, canvas, framed art, metal, and more.
2. Where can I buy your art?
You can shop all of my collections through my online gallery at Pixels, which is part of Fine Art America. It handles professional printing, secure checkout, and fast shipping worldwide.
3. What’s the difference between Fine Art America and Pixels?
Great question! Pixels and Fine Art America are actually the same company. The main difference is:
- Pixels is artist-branded and used for individual shops like mine (e.g., bobpardue.pixels.com).
- Fine Art America is the larger marketplace (fineartamerica.com) where people browse multiple artists.
You get the same high-quality prints no matter which site you order from!
4. Are your images available as digital downloads?
Most of my work is available as physical prints only, handled by Pixels/Fine Art America. However, I am beginning to offer some special printable art packs and storytelling prints through my Etsy shop. Join my email list for early access and free printables.
5. Do you photograph specific states or regions?
Yes! I focus primarily on Southeastern USA photography, along with select places in the West, Southwest, and historic Route 66. You can browse by location in the shop collections or follow my Letters from Lost Cities for more poetic, place-based work.
6. Can I use your images for commercial projects?
All artwork is copyrighted and sold for personal display unless otherwise licensed. If you’re interested in commercial use or licensing an image, please contact me directly.
7. Do you offer decorating advice or art pairing ideas?
I sure do! You’ll find articles on decorating with travel photography, including tips for pairing art styles with different rooms and regional themes. It’s a great place to start if you’re designing a gallery wall or styling a coastal home.
8. How can I stay updated on new prints?
Join the Studio Journal — my email newsletter where I share new art, printables, and exclusive behind-the-scenes stories from the road. You’ll also receive a free printable poster when you sign up.
Finally, I hope this American travel photography FAQ section helps you transform your beautiful home with wall art & photos. Enjoy! – Bob
