16. Actually I’m writing a book that started out as my guide to writing a personal ‘spiritual’ journal documenting mystical experiences. Profound or lucid dreams, big and small synchronicities, powerful events that changed ones trajectory, past lives discovered etc…

    one thing that would be nice to have/see that nobody does is more practical stuff: for example you show an average person like myself doing your teachings and showing before after improvements and also you or your team giving feedback so we can adjust.

22. I’ve free journalled adhoc for a while but just bought a goal journal and am finding it soooooooo helpful in making me plan how best to use my time, and then check in on whether I’ve actually followed my plan, and if not why not. I’m hooked!!!
