    – sleep enough
    – do exercise
    – read book
    – and have positive thinking.

    3. Surround yourselves with positive people
    4. Be open to positive criticism to build yourselves

  12. Every morning in this order, I meditate, stretch/yoga, read at least 10 pages of a book, let my thoughts flow on paper and journal about anything that comes to mind. I also write my goals down and what I’m grateful for. Lately I’ve been pushing myself to develop the habit of speaking positive affirmations like Tracy mentioned. This morning routine really sets each of my days up for success and I find great value in it. Best of luck to everyone looking to improve their habits, you can do it 🙂 P.S I “stole” these success habits from a book called the Miracle Morning. I recommend reading it!

  21. Great habits also I would recommend to read some financial book on how to manage money.
       I think I can recommend one book ( Financial discipline versus constant cycle of bills and payments ) that resonates with many people.
    The innocent and ignorant people are the ones who lose the game.
    Financially disciplined people win it.
    In that book there are 2 main characters one is John and the other is James, John loses everything and gets into serious trouble after losing his job during the covid19 pandemic and James also loses his job but he is tension free because he had accumulated a lot of money since 4 years from his monthly salary, which makes him financially free.

  22. I listen alot to you to keep my mind active, I have since started working out 3 times a week for 20 to 30 mins, and I think positive all the time. My favorite has become thinking through my goals in the present tense 😍👌

I lost a baby but don’t think that is as hard as a child you knew. I think that is the hardest and am really impressed by all you are doing. 3 years have passed since you wrote that.   25. read bible,excersise,eat healthy,see my therapist,take medication as prescribed,try to always see the positive in everything and lots of time with God to give me the strengh to overcome my deppression thats taken my life from me for 23 year
