Males and females alike are getting turned down for different, and sometimes obvious, reasons.
Most can’t figure why.

Wait! I am not writing this to discourage you in your quest to realize your dream job – not at all. I’m giving this lesson so that you will be better prepared the next time you go to even a local open call.
I want you to realize that there is work involved (lots of it) to become a model and get listed even with the smaller local modeling agency.
Take this to heart. Do your homework and learn all you can about walking the catwalk before going to that first open call to get a jump on the competition – there will be plenty!
The more you know, the more you practice, the more impressive you’ll be during your audition.
