If you look at the super stars in Milan or NYC you'll see tall women and men. This is a fact of life. If you plan to submit a portfolio to the top of the list including agencies like Ford, Elite or maybe IMG, prepare to meet some rigid standards.

For girls, many start out as young as 13 to 15 years old. Height for women is normally from 5'9" to 6'0". Men need to be somewhere between 5'11 and 6'3" to qualify.

Hair

Your hair needs to be in excellent shape without a lot of split ends or dryness. Take care of your dew and your chances improve.

Skin

Your skin needs to be smooth and free of flaws like acne or scars, etc. Your teeth need to be straight and pearly white to qualify.

You cannot be shy and be prepared to show off your body. Height is not always essential but measurements are around 34-B bra size, 24 waist, and 34 hips. In other words, you'll need curves.
• Commercial - Modeling in advertisements, selling products or services in Arkansas or other parts of the nation, this is the most open area for new models. Practice your poses and facial expressions. You'll need high energy and an outgoing personality to get work.
