Runway Modeling

 by Bob Pardue

When you think of modeling, runway is probably what jumps into your mind. The reason behind this is that runway modeling jobs are the most sought after; and the most competetive!

Runway is what makes "Supermodels" so, if you have what it takes, go after this one.

You are probably going to have to move to one of the major cities like New York if you plan to pursue a career in runway modeling.

You may be dead set on becoming a runway model but another choice closely related is mannequin modeling where you stand frozen in a department store window. Not very exciting but it may help to pay the rent.

Physical Requirements for a Runway Model

Height: At least 5' 9"

Very slim build

If you are really serious about becoming a runway model, I suggest that you start at the top first and then work your way down. You may get lucky and find that supermodel job!!
