Booking Your
Portfolio Session ...
Availability: Please try to book at least one to two weeks in advance of your model session. Since we only work with one model per day time is always at a premium and there is a good chance we will be booked on the day you need.
Appointment Only: We work by appointment only so we will try our best to find a date and time to fit your busy schedule.
Reservation Deposit: There is a $25 deposit due when you reserve your photography time. This is because of the above fact that we only schedule one photo session per day giving you the maximum attention. The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to your package price when you arrive for your portfolio session.
Changing Your Reservation Date: We are very responsive if you need to change your shooting date for any reason whatsoever. If you wake up the morning of the session and it is just "not your day" or you are not feeling your best, just give us a call and we will work out another day to create your portfolio. We want your photos to be the best you've ever had taken so we want to work to make sure that happens.

Usage of Images
...
*Your CD may be used for online promotions, emailing to agencies, photographers or other interested parties, etc. You will also have reprint rights for comp cards, glossys to send to agents, etc. A portfolio package from Bob Pardue will give you plenty of options.
Travel Rates: Please add $100 to each package for location shoots within 50 miles - $200 extra fee for location shoots from 51-150 miles or $300 extra for an overnight stay.

*** Mistake # 1: Not Checking References or Considering Safety ***
Whether you choose to use me as your photographer or not, make sure that your photographer is a true professional, check references and take someone with you to all sessions for safety.
My wife and partner, Jean, does all our makeup and is present during every session. I encourage you to email any of the models I've worked with which are listed at this link. I'm positive that any of them will give me a sparkling review!

Also, please be sure that your photographer guarantees his/her work. If you do choose to work with me I absolutely, 100% guarantee that you'll absolutely LOVE your images and be thrilled beyond your expectations or you don't pay me one penny for creating them!

If you are not THRILLED with your model portfolio images - if you are dissatisfied for ANY reason at all, I will do two things for you:
1st - At NO CHARGE, I will photograph you again, and make sure that anything that wasn't perfect is fixed, without you paying another cent.
2nd - If I am absolutely unable to thrill you - if I'm unable to create photographs that you feel you will be proud to show, I will refund EVERY PENNY you invested in them. You don't pay for your portfolio photographs unless you love them beyond expression!
