One secret to modleing success as a female teen is to practice your poses for photographers everyday in the mirror just as if you were doing a photo shoot with a professional fashion or glamour shutterbug, set up interviews for open calls with legitimate company reps.

Your portfolio of pictures is important too so be sure and use only your best photos giving a variety of posing techniques and expressions. Include full body shots, headshots and 3/4. Also, at least one without or very little makeup. A MUA is helpful for comp card pics but the modeling agency wants to see the real you. Another to include in your port is a photo that shows off your body. A tight sweater should suffice along with jeans for this picture.

Female Adults

For women, the same as above in your photo portfolio book except you might want to do some modeling in swimsuits for your full length shot. Ask your photographer if he or she can create these photos during your shoot and show off you best assets.
