But, practice it until the pose "feels right" to you. Always
avoid performing poses that feel awkward because you haven't

First, start with a basic standing
pose by pulling your right heel into your left toe. Next,
keep your thumbnails straight forward but pull your hands
behind you and press them into your back. Second, keep your
elbows slightly forward - they will automatically be bent
when you bring your hands above your waistline.
Third - Your Posture
Keeping your posture is very important
in this or any other type of model posing - should become
second nature to you so you don't even have to think about
it. Okay, let's go over it one more time. Your shoulders
should be relaxed but pressed down, elbows forward slightly,
tummy muscles should be pulled in to make you look slimmer
in the photos.
