Even a Husband Can Shop at a Brooks Brothers Outlet

I think you'll agree that most young women love to shop and on rare occasions some men will go shopping with them. My husband will go shopping with me occassionally, but it is not his favorite way to pass time.

I am a Woman Who Lives to Shop!

I am a woman that loves to shop but I do not make a great deal of money so when I am shopping I am always looking for bargains. Since I am always shopping on a budget, I do not believe that I have ever paid full price for anything. A few weeks ago I convinced my husband to come shopping with me to the outlet mall that is about an hour drive from our house.

The Eye-Catching Brooks Brothers Outlet

I am always careful when I shop the outlet stores because a great deal of the time you can get the same merchandise cheaper at department stores when they are having a sale.

After we arrived at the outlet mall, I saw a women's clothing store I wanted to look in and my husband spotted a Brooks Brothers outlet that he wanted to check out. Even though he'll never become a high fashion model, he isn't totally against clothes shopping. Since we both wanted to look at shoes, we agreed to meet back at the shoe store.

He is STILL AT Brooks Brothers!

I did not find anything in the clothing store so I went on to the shoe store.

I found three pairs of shoes that I liked and I wanted my husband to help me decide on which one to buy.

I waited for quite a while but he did not come. I knew there was another shoe store so I thought maybe he went to that one so I had the clerk hold the shoes for me.

As I was walking towards the other shoe store, I went past the Brooks Brothers outlet and I saw that my husband was still in there. As I walked into the outlet, I noticed a stack of clothing on the checkout counter.

Then I spotted my husband who was holding up two shirts trying to decide which one to take and guess what!!! The pile on the counter belonged to him and as he started to show me the things he had picked out and he was very excited about the great deals he was finding. I had never shopped in the Brooks Brothers outlet so I did not know if they discounted their items a great deal or not. As we went through the items I realized they were having a great sale.

I told him I had set shoes aside and I was going to go check the other shoe outlet before I made my decision. While I was going to the other shoe store, I was distracted by another store so I went in there also. I have only one drawback of shopping at an outlet mall and it is having to make so many decisions because of all the stores available.

Forty minutes had passed since I left my husband so I started towards the first shoe store and I could not believe my eyes when I saw him coming out of the Brooks Brothers outlet with three shopping bags filled. He bought more in the one store than he had purchased all of the last year and he got wonderful deals.

Now whenever he gives me a hard time about how much time I spend shopping, I remind him of his two hour shopping spree at the Brooks Brothers outlet.

Side Note: You can also find great bargains on Brooks Brothers outfits by shopping online. Not quite as interesting as the store but rewarding in its own way!
