My Story Of How My Weight Problem Was Getting The Best Of Me... And How After What Seemed To Be An Eternity Of Exercise, Best Weight Loss Programs And Dieting Battles, My Life Was Changed Forever.

 

Listen, before you go out and purchase diet pills, magic potions or other plans that claim to be the best weight loss diet plan to get rid of your body fat, please take time to read my blog. I'm certain it will save you money, time and heartache.

I will tell you exactly why over a 4 month period I tried but was forced to give up with low fat foods, aerobic exercises, low carb diet plans and a range of other fitness programs and products... and how I finally managed to get rid of my body fat with a unique product ridiculously called 'Fat Loss 4 Idiots'.

My name is Brandy Johnson and up until I began college life, I had no problem with weight control. Other girls in my class would envy me because my body was so slim and healthy looking, even when wearing tight fitting jeans, my figure and body measurements were perfect!

I thought I was the luckiest girl in the world as I watched all my friends desperately trying to get rid of their body fat and lose weight. Once I started to college in January 2008, my whole nutrition lifestyle changed and I was faced with a lot of stress from the school work load, a changed diet and a lot less sleep.

My Perfect 34-24-34 figure was too good to be true. It started to happen to me!

Within weeks of attending college, I was gaining weight like crazy! My unhealthy diet consisting of lots of hamburgers & other fast foods, and lack of exercise finally caught up with me and had a big effect on my weight and things slowly got worse. I was getting so fat that I looked in the mirror one day, saw what had happened to my body and just laid on my bed and cried!

I was determined to get myself healthy again and hopefully this would include losing body fat, so I started swimming, but after a few weeks I realized this wasn't the answer to my overweight problem.

 

And that was the point when I realized I had to do something different about it.

Low Fat Foods Didn't Work for Me

While I was trying different dieting methods, eating low fat foods at the time was one of the best weight loss things to do and after speaking to several of my girlfriends who had had lost some weight with it, I decided to try it out.

At the start it worked out and I did start to see some improvement in my figure - and even though my body fat wasn't completely gone, at least it was a beginning. And any improvement was good!

However, after being on this diet for a few weeks, it caught up with me. My biggest concern was that I was spending a lot of money on buying special groceries.  And, I was forever going back to the places with the drive-thrus as I was getting tired of eating healthy. I sadly discovered my body was getting in worse shape and I needed much more than the low fat food diet that I couldn't stick with.

I was spending many dollars on food which I didn't eat and couldn't afford, especially trying to also put myself through college.

Finally I had to give up on this diet.

Next, I Tried Another Best Weight Loss Plan Called The Low Carb Diet But Had Some Problems

After a short while of trying this weight loss system I found it was extremely difficult to get slim using a low carb dieting plan. I didn't understand why but I starting to have some problems with low energy levels which was defiantly not helpful with a full school work load. I found it incredibly difficult to follow a low carbohydrate diet for very long. After only two weeks, another give up. How disappointing! 

I was becoming more and more desperate to get rid of the extra weight so I then tried a broad range of dieting and exercising programs. These included Weightwatchers, Jenny Craig, aerobics and, after buying a very expensive ab machine, I soon decided that if I was actually going to lose the fat, this just wasn't going to work., unless I wanted to quit college and get a full time job!

After all these systems for fat loss, money and heartaches, I finally found something that worked.

After spending a lot of money, time and energy on pills, diet plans, exercises and other products that had little effect on my body weight, I finally had a success with a program that I had never heard of before called Fat Loss 4 Idiots . And, yes, you did read the name right! Even with a dum name like that, it turned out to be the best weight loss plan I had ever tried!

I'll have to admit that I was more than a little doubtful about it because of past experiences and the name of the product, but after reading some extremely complimentary reviews and learning that the cost was minimal compared to everything else I tried, I decided to give it a try.

Boy, was I in for a treat! What seemed to be so different with this program was that a major consideration was healthy eating habits although more importantly (obviously!) I discovered an almost unbelievable trick to fat loss using an entirely natural method. You don't even have to order special diet pills or drugs from a website or anything like that.

Here's the main reasons I recommend it.

I followed their plan of simply eating the foods that they tell you to eat in such a way to shift the calories. You eat it - and your weight decreases. What could be simpler?

Now, in all fairness, it did take me a little longer to lose my body fat that it says on their website, I did manage to start to see effects fairly quickly, which is pretty astonishing in itself.

I'm almost at the stage of being able to look at myself in the mirror again! In my opinion, this is way more superior and far more effective than any of the other exercise and dieting programs I tried.

Through it all, I found that I didn't need to get hooked on diet pills or spend hours everyday working out at the gym, I just needed the right instructions to guide me through this awful time in my life.
