6 Quick Model Search Tips
Model searches are a great place to go
in order to get your modeling career off the ground. Many
top super models began their career at modeling searches,
and it snow balled from there. Here are a few model
search tips to help you receive recognition from the
scouts:
Tip #1: Have fun and don't take it
too seriously. This way even if you don't get noticed
you at least still had fun, and that will be what you
remember.
Tip #2: Don't be afraid to flash a
smile. You look better that way too. Even if you don't
have perfect teeth, there are many people who can look past
that. Teeth are fixable, and they can arrange for that to
happen, so having bad teeth will not stop you.
Tip #3: Don't over pose when it
comes your time. The last thing that you want the judges
to think is that you are a 'try hard.' Make it smooth and
let it flow naturally.
Tip #4: Don't dance while in line.
You don't want to distract the scouts attention. It does
not leave a favorable impression.
Tip #5: If you make any mistakes
just keep going. Try to have a sense of humor about it,
and you can make it look less like a blaring mistake. Every
top model has made mistakes at some point. It is not the end
of the world.
Tip #6: Wear your hair off of your
face. You want the scouts to be able to see your face as
clearly as possible. Hair in your face can ruin an otherwise
positive impression.
